In this step-by-step video, we’ll show you how to:

  • View call recordings and open AI voice transcripts directly from the Call History page
  • Generate intelligent summaries with key points, action items, and sentiment analysis
  • Configure your .env file with AssemblyAI and OpenAI credentials
  • Enable call transcriptions globally or per tenant for full control
  • Adjust advanced options like speaker diarization, automatic language detection, and PII redaction for HIPAA-compliant operations

At launch, FS PBX integrates AssemblyAI for accurate, HIPAA-compliant speech-to-text and OpenAI for concise AI-generated call summaries.
