Improvements and fixes
- Scheduled-job servers can now be approved from either server. Approval requests are securely forwarded to the server responsible for membership. Update both servers to use this feature.
- Added Use this address to replace a scheduled-job server's saved address with a verified direct address, including when a shared hostname starts reaching the wrong server.
- Clarified scheduled-job status messages for servers awaiting approval, host identity mismatches, and approvals waiting to replicate.
- Fixed Syncthing folder setup and sharing on redundant servers. Setup now reports folder errors instead of incorrectly reporting success.
- Kept background jobs, cache access, and worker status consistent when the application name changes.
- Fixed automatic release publication incorrectly failing after a release draft was successfully created.
