What's new

Redesigned Call Details

Call details now bring the call outcome, timing, and routing history together in a clearer layout.

Highlights

  • See waiting time, in-call duration, total duration, and who answered at a glance.
  • Follow a timeline with elapsed times, routing steps, and call outcomes.
  • View a visual breakdown of routing, ringing, waiting, conversation, and voicemail time for supported inbound and local calls.
  • Play available recordings directly from call details, subject to recording permissions.
  • See start, answer, and end times in the account's time zone, with hangup information and copyable call identifiers.
  • Distinguish calls that reached voicemail without leaving a message.

Clearer Call Pickup History

Call history now identifies the extension that picked up a ringing call and connects the pickup to the original caller's timeline.

Highlights

  • Show which extension was ringing, who picked it up, and the pickup code used.
  • Preserve the original caller ID after pickup.
  • Separate the ringing stage from the answered conversation.
  • Improve recording lookup and related-call history for picked-up calls, including pickups forwarded between servers.

Custom Call Webhook Branding

Administrators can now customize the brand used in call webhook event headers and the User-Agent with one server-wide CALL_WEBHOOK_BRAND setting.

The default remains FS-PBX. Receivers that read event header names must be updated when switching to a custom brand.

Improvements and fixes

  • Fixed Yealink wallpaper provisioning to use each template's matching wallpaper URL and filename settings, and added missing settings for supported templates.
  • Optional module or license refresh failures now warn and allow the application update to continue, with instructions for retrying the refresh.
  • Improved module refresh behavior on development servers that combine Git-managed modules with release-installed modules.
  • Improved Syncthing network repairs when peers are temporarily disconnected, have multiple known addresses, or use a supervised worker process.
  • Fixed false Syncthing firewall conflicts when UFW is disabled but its service still appears active.
  • Removed retired email and fax queue services that could repeatedly restart after their legacy scripts were removed.
  • Updated stock pickup dialplans to capture pickup history consistently and prevented legacy defaults from restoring an obsolete destination dialplan.
  • Improved account-specific phone-number formatting in call timelines and added translations for the updated call details.
