Create a recording
POST/api/v1/domains/:domain_uuid/recordings
Creates a recording in the specified domain and converts the uploaded audio to mono, 16 kHz, 16-bit PCM WAV for FreeSWITCH playback.
Access rules:
- Caller must have access to the target domain (domain scope).
- Caller must have the
recording_uploadpermission.
Send this request as multipart/form-data.
