New: Scheduled Announcements
- Added Scheduled Announcements for bells, reminders, tones, and recurring audio messages.
- Schedules can target selected extensions, use existing or uploaded recordings, and run on selected days and times.
- Added exclusion dates for holidays, closures, or days when announcements should be skipped.
- Added run logs so admins can see whether an announcement played, was skipped, missed, or failed.
- Added busy extension handling with Skip and Force options.
- Added redundant-server protection using active-node DNS checks.
- Added permissions, menu entries, settings, and documentation for the new feature.
