FS PBX v2.0.3
What's new
Improved Contact Center Reporting
The updated Contact Center module separates queue outcomes so supervisors can see what happened to callers and measure their team's performance more clearly.
Highlights
- Distinguish answered calls, abandoned calls, caller exits, timeouts, and callback requests.
- Keep queue exits, timeouts, and callback requests out of the abandoned-call count.
- Show Handled Calls, total talk minutes, speed to answer, service level, and abandonment rate.
- Display outcome counts and percentages in Queue Outcomes, with matching colors in the hourly Call Volume chart.
- Include connected callbacks and agent outbound calls in handled-call reporting where applicable.
- Adapt charts and metrics when filtering by individual agents.
Queue outcomes add up to the queue call total. Voicemail messages are shown separately, so a caller leaving voicemail after exiting a queue does not become an abandoned call.
Clearer Queue Outcomes in Call History
Call Details now distinguishes callers who hung up while waiting from those who used an exit key, reached a waiting limit, or requested a callback.
Highlights
- Filter calls by queue outcome.
- Review the outcome and available reason in the call timeline.
- Distinguish reaching voicemail from leaving a recorded message.
- Use consistent queue statuses across Call Details, exports, and the CDR API.
Grandstream Provisioning Controls
Updated Grandstream templates provide more control over ringtone and firmware-upgrade behavior.
Highlights
- Configure the default ringtone with grandstream_default_ringtone.
- Use the configured grandstream_system_ring tone instead of a fixed template value.
- Control firmware-upgrade confirmation on supported templates with grandstream_firmware_upgrade_confirmation.
- Make configured GXP17xx accounts follow the selected phone-wide ringtone.
Improvements and fixes
- Corrected Ringotel DND activation and deactivation codes. The upgrade repairs reversed default codes while preserving custom or blank values.
- Updated Retell integration to retrieve the latest published agent configuration through its paginated version API.
- Improved call-history linking for loopback call legs, including unsuccessful bridge attempts.
- Corrected Contact Center Caller Exit Key handling, including a clear Disabled option and support for a single digit from 0–9.
- Clear inherited exit keys and previous exit information when callers enter another queue.
- Updated Grandstream phone and HT80x V2 templates to unregister only the restarting device.
- Enabled key pagination in the Polycom VVX provisioning template.
- Improved migration handling when Contact Center tables or the AI email-sender column already exist, and preserved tables already converted to UUID keys.
- Added administrator documentation explaining queue outcomes, dashboard metrics, and caller exit keys.
Upgrade notes
Update the Contact Center module alongside FS PBX to receive the dashboard and queue-setting changes.
Re-save affected Contact Center queues to apply the updated exit-key behavior to their stored dialplans. Existing multi-key values, including the old 10 value, must be changed to Disabled or a single digit from 0–9 before saving.
Historical abandoned-call totals may change because queue exits, timeouts, and callback requests are now classified separately using the available call data.
Refresh default provisioning templates and reprovision affected phones to apply the Grandstream and Polycom changes. Custom templates require separate review and updates.
The Ringotel repair communicates with the configured Ringotel service during the update. Review any reported failures before retrying.
